Natasha Kramarenko

Natasha Kramarenko has diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and cybersecurity. Natasha currently works at oOh! as the DevSecOps Lead, focusing on application security in the cloud and improving the company's security posture. Prior to this role, Natasha was the QA and Application Security Lead at oOh!, where they worked with the security team to set up AWS Security Hub and implement security measures. Natasha also participated in the Security Training Scholarship sponsored by Google, Bloomberg, and Facebook.

Before joining oOh!, Natasha worked at Salmat as the QA Team Lead/Manager, where they led a team of 8 people and managed testing activities, including strategy, planning, and risk mitigation. Natasha also worked at Salmat as an Application Support Analyst.

At SmartProject, Natasha served as a Senior Test Engineer, responsible for functional and UI testing, test case preparation, and client management. In addition to their testing responsibilities, they also handled office administration and human resources management tasks.

Early in their career, Natasha worked at BiPOM Electronics as a Web-site editor, translator, and tester. Natasha'sresponsibilities included translating the English version of the website to German, managing German customers, and testing the website. Overall, Natasha's work experience demonstrates their expertise in quality assurance, cybersecurity, and project management.

Natasha Kramarenko graduated from Odessa National Polytechnic University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Computer Science degree, specializing in IT. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the following:

- In December 2011, Natasha achieved an overall band score of 7.5 in the IELTS examination from the British Council.

- In February 2018, they obtained the ISTQB Test Manager certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board.

- In August 2021, Natasha completed the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).

- Also in August 2021, they attended the Neuroscience of Leadership program offered by Macquarie University.

- Natasha then obtained the GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT) certification from GIAC Certifications in March 2022.

- Finally, in August 2022, they obtained the GIAC Public Cloud Security (GPCS) certification from GIAC Certifications.
