Yolanda Washington has extensive experience in data quality management, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Ookla since August 2012, after progressing through roles including Sr. Data Quality Manager and Manager of Data Quality. Yolanda has a proven track record of leading teams of Data Quality Specialists, ensuring high-quality datastores through proactive data cleansing and implementing continuous improvement processes. Previous positions include Manager of Data Integrity at Mosaik Solutions, Video on Demand Data Manager at Comcast Cable, Information System Manager and Analyst at Time Warner Cable, Business Manager at the University of Tennessee, and Customer Service Supervisor at Fogelman Properties. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from The University of Memphis and an Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration from Southwest Tennessee Community College.
