Ed Santiago

Ed Santiago currently serves as the Chief HR Officer and Head of Workday HCM Solutions at Ooloo Group since November 2024. Previously, Ed held several positions at Phreesia, including Senior Manager for Global Workday HCM and PATT, where responsibilities encompassed various facets of Workday administration. Prior experience at Reliance Standard as a Senior HRIS Analyst involved supporting multiple Workday modules, while at Cardone Industries, Ed played a crucial role in implementing SAP SuccessFactors across North America. Ed's earlier career includes leadership roles in HRIS management at NEMR Total HR and BJ's Wholesale Club, providing comprehensive HR functions and project coordination. Ed holds a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Thomas Edison State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rowan University, complemented by an Associate degree in Computer Science from Cumberland County College.
