Monday Ojo Oliseyenum has a diverse range of work experience. Monday Ojo started their career at Zain as a Team Lead for Location Based Execution in 2011. Monday Ojo then moved on to Airtel Nigeria, where they worked as a Market Developer and later as part of the Market Impact Team from 2012 to 2016. Afterwards, they joined Smile Communications Nigeria Limited as an Account Manager from 2016 to 2017. Monday Ojo then worked at Greenlight Planet, Inc. as both an Area Sales Manager and an Area Business Manager from 2017 to 2018. Currently, Monday is employed at Oolu as a Regional Business Manager, and previously served as a Territory Sales Manager from 2018 to 2020. Throughout their various roles, Monday has gained experience in sales, distribution, territory management, team leadership, and customer service.

Monday Ojo Oliseyenum earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Economics from Delta State University (NG) between 2006 and 2011. In 2020, they completed a mini MBA program at Tekedia Institute, specializing in Business Innovation and Strategy. Monday Ojo also attended the African Management Institute in 2020, where they pursued a degree called "Empowering Managers" with a focus on Business. Currently, Monday is enrolled in Northeastern University, pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Analytics, with a field of study in Evidence Based Management.
