Virginia Bradley

Virginia Bradley has held a variety of positions in the beauty industry since 1999. Virginia began their career at The Estee Lauder Companies as a Coordinator, Sales Operations. In 2000, they moved to MAC Cosmetics as an Assistant Brand Manager, Global Marketing. In 2003, they joined L'Oréal as a Manager, Marketing and Product Development. In 2006, Virginia transitioned to Elizabeth Arden, Inc as a Senior Director, Global Marketing and Product Development. In 2015, they joined Revlon Professional as the Director of Education. Most recently, in 2021, Virginia began working at OOLY, LLC as the Director of Global Marketing and Creative.

Virginia Bradley holds a Masters in Marketing & Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Liberal Arts (French & Art History) from Mount Holyoke College. Virginia has also obtained various certifications from Section4, including a Certified Brand Strategist, Certified Storytelling, Certified Product Experimentation, Certified Complete Manager, Certified Product Positioning, Certified Product Strategist, Certified Viral Growth, and Certified Strategist, all obtained between January and October 2022.
