Cameron Gibson

Cameron Gibson is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ooma, Inc. since January 2023, Cameron also contributes as a Parent Board Member for the Cougar Education Foundation at John Baldwin Elementary School. Prior roles include Senior Director of HRBPs & HR Programs and various leadership positions within Intercom, as well as Director of Organizational Operations at The Sourcery, where Cameron specialized in recruiting solutions. Additional professional experience encompasses roles at Genentech, Zendesk, The Sage Group, and educational experience at the University of San Diego. Cameron holds a B.A. in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
