Dan F.

Dan F. serves as Corporate Counsel for Commercial Contracts at Ooma, Inc. starting in October 2024. Previously, Dan held the position of Senior Commercial Counsel at FabFitFun from September 2021 to October 2024, and Counsel at Roll Law Group, part of The Wonderful Company, from October 2018 to September 2021. Dan's legal career began as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP from October 2012 to February 2018, and included roles as a Summer Research Fellow at The Center for HIV Law and Policy in 2010 and a Legal Intern at the ACLU of Pennsylvania from August 2008 to February 2009. Dan obtained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Pennsylvania, along with coursework in History and Economics at Kyung Hee University, and completed high school at Upper Canada College.
