Stephanie Kaufmann

Stephanie Kaufmann has a diverse work experience. Stephanie is currently working at Oomnitza as a Technical Support Engineer, where they manage a queue of support tickets, provides solutions to customers, and supports integrations between Oomnitza and external systems. Before that, they worked at Willis Towers Watson as an IT ERP Systems Analyst, where they provided support for corporate applications and created documentation. Prior to that, they worked at Humana as a Medicare Billing and Enrollment Specialist, where they verified member enrollment, reconciled accounts, and resolved discrepancies.

Stephanie Kaufmann attended Staples High School from 2007 to 2011 and obtained their High School Diploma during that time. Following their high school education, they enrolled in the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2011 to 2016. Stephanie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Sociology.

Additionally, Stephanie Kaufmann has obtained several certifications from Codecademy. In August 2021, they completed the Bash Scripting, Command Line, and Python 3 courses.
