Ridho Fiesta

Ridho Fiesta currently serves as the IT Core Application and Digital Manager at Oona Insurance Indonesia since April 2025. Ridho has maintained a freelance graphic design role at 99designs since July 2012, participating in various design contests. Prior experience includes leading a team as a Lead Software Engineer at Qoala from January 2020 to March 2025, managing microservices, redesigning system architecture, and overseeing high transaction management. Ridho also worked as a Back End Developer at Qoala, acting as Scrum Master and managing development teams. Prior positions include a Back End Developer role at TADA, co-founding and managing the development team at Mulung Co, and a UI UX Internship at Qlapa. Education includes an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Universitas Bakrie, completed from 2013 to 2016.
