Mark Cong

Mark Cong has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Performance and Quality Manager at Ooredoo Myanmar since February 2014. In this role, Mark manages end-to-end network performance and quality, and collaborates with Nokia and Huawei to design a performance reporting portfolio. Prior to this position, Mark held various roles at Huawei Technologies, including Assurance and Managed Services Director, where oversight of a 62-person department was essential for service assurance in Vietnam. Additional roles encompassed VNPT Account Operation Director, NOC Manager, and Wireless Maintenance Head, showcasing a strong background in network management, customer relations, and technical project execution. Mark's earlier experience includes positions at NEC Corporation and CPT, with foundational education in Electronic and Telecommunication from the Post and Telecommunication Institute of Technologies.
