Khaled Mehdi

Khaled MEHDI is an experienced IT professional with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Université de Sfax. Currently serving as the IT Transformation Program Manager at Ooredoo Tunisie since December 2005, Khaled has played a significant role in modernizing the customer experience platform and integrating existing IT BSS platforms into a Single Digital Platform. Previous roles include IT Sales Applications Assistant Director, where design and implementation of customer care tools were prioritized, and IT Business Intelligence Head of Department, overseeing successful Big Data implementation and DWH revamp projects. Earlier experience includes positions at Orascom Telecom as IT Sales Applications and Reporting Manager and at BATAM as an IT Senior Engineer, where management and development of ERP systems were key responsibilities.
