Mehdi Arfaoui serves as an Architecte solutions at Sofrecom Tunisie since June 2023 and has been with Ooredoo Tunisie as PM OSS/CEM since January 2009. Arfaoui possesses expertise in core network management and migration from legacy systems to NVF/SDN. Key skills include defining and analyzing core network key performance indicators, core network monitoring, and addressing use cases for mobile customer experience management.
