Sean (Sichao) Yang

Sean (Sichao) Yang has held multiple roles throughout their work experience. Sean (Sichao) started in 2007 as a Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm Flarion Technologies and remained in that position until April 2018. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of Nakamoto & Turing Labs, where they continue to work. Additionally, in 2020, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Aves Lair. Sean (Sichao) also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University in the City of New York from September 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they work as a Technical Lead at Oort - The Web3 Data Cloud, starting in May 2021.

Sean (Sichao) Yang holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Sean (Sichao) also earned a Master's degree in Mathematics from the same university. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, China.
