Melissa Jonkman

Melissa Jonkman is an experienced professional currently serving as a Business Developer for the valorisation of the Einstein Telescope project at Oost NL and as a Business Development Manager for the same initiative at LIOF. With a strong background in ecosystem development, Melissa worked as a Programme Manager at BOM, facilitating activities that create conditions for innovation across multiple sectors, including artificial intelligence, photonics, and agrofood. Previously, Melissa has held roles such as Feeding and Health Advisor and Sports Instructor, and conducted research on consumer preferences for peat meadow area products. Melissa holds multiple advanced degrees in Environment & Resource Management and Neurobiology from esteemed institutions, complemented by a background in health sciences and nutrition.
