Emanuel Zúñiga Infante

Emanuel Zúñiga Infante has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Emanuel is currently a Senior Frontend Developer at Oowlish, starting in June 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Kyndryl as a Full Stack Developer from January 2020 to July 2022. In this role, they were responsible for full stack development, with a focus on metering/billing. Emanuel utilized ReactJS and Angular for front-end development and NodeJS with the LoopbackJS Framework for back-end development, including the creation of REST APIs and MongoDB connections.

Before their time at Kyndryl, Emanuel worked at Interdev Costa Rica as a Software/Web Developer from February 2014 to January 2020. In this role, they handled front-end and back-end development, using ReactJS with Redux for front-end projects and Python/Django and NodeJS for back-end projects. Emanuel also worked with relational databases like MySQL and non-relational databases like MongoDB and CouchDB.

Earlier in their career, Emanuel was a Batch and Job Scheduling Engineer level 2 at Hewlett-Packard from January 2011 to October 2014. In this role, they served as a shift lead, overseeing a team of level 1 engineers and managing job scheduling needs for external customers such as Pfizer, Coca Cola, CIBC, SRC, Kraft/Mondelez, and Delphi.

Emanuel Zúñiga Infante earned a Licentiate degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Tecnológico de Costa Rica between 2006 and 2012. Additionally, they obtained the ITIL foundation V3 certification in May 2012 and recently acquired the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in December 2021.
