Kristy Y. has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Kristy started their career at BBCN Bank in 2004, where they held the role of FVP & Human Resources Manager. Kristy worked in this position for almost ten years, until November 2013. In 2014, Kristy joined Open Bank as the SVP & Human Resources Manager, where they still hold this position.

Kristy Y. obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, Law & Society from UC Irvine. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career.
