James Cotton

James Cotton has had a long and varied career. In 2005, they founded and became CEO of CMO COMPLIANCE, a market leader in enterprise Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) software solutions. In 2016, they became Chief Agitator of Save Pt Lonsdale Front Beach. In the same year, they co-founded Epic Negociants, a company that hunts for sustainably grown grapes from iconic Australian vineyards. In 2017, they co-founded TrustyClub, a platform for finding babysitters that your friends and family trust. In 2018, they co-founded Op Central, the world's leading operations, training & compliance management software platform, and became Director of Tech 4 Good, which provides critical medical supplies to governments and corporates globally. In 2019, they co-founded Moovosity, a company that helps kids realise their potential through the power and joy of movement and activity. In 2021, they became Chairman and Co-Founder of Integral Acquisition Corporation 1. Throughout their career, James Cotton has been passionate about helping people and the planet.

James Cotton attended Melbourne Grammar School from 1985 to 1993. James then attended the University of Melbourne to receive a Law/Science degree. In 2016, they attended Harvard Business School, where they earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
