Antti Hoikkala

Antti Hoikkala currently serves as CTO and SVP of Technology at OP Financial Group, leading the strategic transformation of Finland’s largest financial institution towards a cloud-native and innovation-driven organization. With a strong background in enterprise architecture and technology governance, Antti previously held multiple leadership roles at Accenture, where significant achievements included driving growth in the AWS business and establishing a successful cloud training program. Early career experience includes software development at Commit; Oy, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Helsinki.
