Antti Toivanen

Antti Toivanen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management and governance. Currently serving as the Head of Data Sourcing & Logistics at OP Financial Group since February 2022, Antti leads data development initiatives in the Azure cloud. Previously, Antti was the Tribe Lead for Data Warehousing at OP Financial Group, overseeing the tribe's operations related to data warehousing and ETL services. Antti's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Business Consultant and Nordics Team Lead at Teradata, where the focus was on delivering impactful business outcomes through data solutions. Antti also held significant roles at Nordea, including Leading Data Governance Expert and Senior IT Analysis Coordinator, where contributions were made toward data governance and data warehousing projects. Early career experiences as an Assistant Researcher at the University of Tampere and various positions prior to 2008 laid a strong foundation for Antti's expertise. Antti holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Information Systems, from the University of Tampere.
