Elina Reponen

Elina Reponen is a Specialist in Employer Branding at OP Financial Group since January 2023, where responsibilities include planning and implementing employer branding initiatives aligned with the organization's 2030 brand vision. Previously, Elina served as a Marketing Manager at LUT University from April 2011 to January 2023, focusing on attracting students to the institution, ranked as the world's 11th best small university.
