Kari Suominen

Kari Suominen has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Kari started their career in 2004 at If P&C Insurance, where they worked as a mathematician for five years. Kari then transitioned to the role of a product expert in Commercial Motor, followed by heading the customer analytics team in Finland. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as an analyst at If P&C Insurance. In 2018, they joined Pohjola Vakuutus Oy, where they initially served as the Head of Pricing Analytics. Kari later took on the role of Head of Development, pricing and is currently working as the Business Lead, Policy & Billing.

Kari Suominen obtained a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Turku, where they studied from 1998 to 2004.
