Karoliina Kettukari

Karoliina Kettukari is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in modern work strategies, digital transformation, and user adoption of technology. Currently serving as the Head of Modern Work at Meltlake since September 2020, Kettukari leads the Modern Work business unit and is integral to the executive leadership team, focusing on employee experience through the integration of technology and service design. Prior to this role, Kettukari held positions at Sulava Oy as a Senior Consultant, and at Digital Illustrated as a Digital Transformation Consultant, addressing user adoption in complex environments. Earlier career experiences include project management and consultancy roles at Systems Garden Oy, and customer service positions at Fortum and Elisa. Kettukari holds a Master's Degree in Management & Leadership from the University of Tampere and a Specialist Qualification in Product Development and Service Design from Markkinointi-instituutti.
