Marja Siren

Marja Siren is an accomplished professional in digital business and marketing, currently serving as Director of Digital Business and Marketing at OP Financial Group since September 2023, where responsibilities include overseeing digital sales channels for both BtoC and BtoB customers as well as marketing and communications at Pohjola insurance company. Prior to this role, Marja held the position of Director of Microbusinesses and Digital Sales at Ilmarinen from September 2019 to September 2023, focusing on digital sales and marketing for self-employed and microbusiness clients. Marja has extensive experience with Sanoma Digital Finland, serving as Commercial Director and overseeing B-to-B sales and customer service, as well as leading sales teams in various capacities from 2008 to 2019. Marja’s career began at Helsingin Sanomat as a Key Account Manager from 2003 to 2008. Marja holds a Master's degree in History from the University of Turku, earned from 1997 to 2001.
