Mikko Hiittola

Mikko Hiittola began their work experience in 2008 at HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences, where they held roles as a PC Specialist, Web Designer, and Software Engineer | Project Manager. In 2014, they joined Accountor Enterprise Solutions Oy as an Application Consultant. Mikko then became a Global Solution Owner at Accountor Group in 2018. From 2019 to 2020, Mikko worked as a Customer Lead at TietoEVRY. In 2020, they became a Digital Services Manager at Retta. In 2022, they briefly worked as a Service & Development Manager at Procountor. Mikko's most recent role was at OP Financial Group, where they worked as a Senior Developer before becoming a Lead Developer in 2023.

Mikko Hiittola obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from HAAGA-HELIA University of Applied Sciences between 2006 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology with a focus on System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management at Espoo Institute of Business from 2003 to 2005. Mikko attended Helsingin Yhteislyseo High School from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, Mikko has obtained several certifications from Microsoft and other institutions, including Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Microsoft Dynamics® 365 Customer Engagement Core MB-200, ITIL Foundation certificate in IT Service Management, MCPS: Microsoft Certified Professional, and Microsoft Dynamics® CRM 2016 Online Deployment MB2-710.
