Mikko Soivio

Mikko Soivio has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mikko started their career in 1998 as a Product Managing Manager at ElisaCom Oy. Mikko then moved on to Elisa Internet Oy, where they worked as the Deputy Head of Department. In 2001, Mikko joined Elisa Oyj and held various roles, including Planning Manager, Head of Unit, Development Manager, and eventually, Head of Department. In 2008, they joined OP Financial Group, where they started as a Manager and later became a Vice President, responsible for testing and developers resourcing unit. Their last role at OP Financial Group was Head of Service and Product Development, overseeing the wealth management area and ICT projects. Throughout their career, Mikko has gained extensive experience in product management, department management, and project supervision.

Mikko Soivio earned a Vocational Qualification in Business and Administration, with a focus on Marketing, from Espoonlahden Kauppaoppilaitos in 1987-1987. Following that, from 1987 to 1991, they attended Helsingin Teknillinen Oppilaitos and graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
