Minna Ala-Outinen is a professional with diverse experience in agile coaching, project management, and educational development. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach at OP Financial Group since December 2019, Minna coaches leaders and teams within the Non-life Insurance sector during agile transformations. Prior experience includes operating as an Independent Business Owner at Emilia Consulting, focusing on change management and educational training, and serving in various roles at CGI and Bomberbot, where responsibilities included project management and client relations. Additionally, a significant tenure at Taloudellinen tiedotustoimisto TAT involved developing innovative learning concepts for students. Minna holds a Master’s Degree in General History, Pedagogics, and Social Science from the University of Jyväskylä, along with leadership and computer science qualifications from esteemed institutions.
