Sami Saario

Sami Saario has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sami is currently the Head of Vendor Management Office at OP Financial Group, where they manage the collaboration with one of the key ICT vendors. In this role, they focus on building strategic outsourcing relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient resource and competence balancing. Prior to this, they were a Vendor Lead, overseeing application management and development services for core systems, and a Category Lead, responsible for creating and implementing data and research strategies.
