Alexis Delos

Alexis Delos serves as the Regional Human Resources Director for Europe at OPmobility, focusing on the development and implementation of new hydrogen initiatives within the Fuel Cell Systems and High-Pressure Vessels sectors, managing a workforce of 500 employees spread across multiple locations. Prior experience includes key HR leadership roles at Plastic Omnium, overseeing the France division for Clean Energy Systems and supporting relationships across operations for a workforce of approximately 2,500 employees. Additionally, positions held at NTN Transmissions Europe and Saint Jean Industries involved comprehensive HR management across multiple industrial sites. Alexis began an HR career with roles at Groupe Lactalis and Legrand after earning a master's degree in Human Resource Management from ESSEC Business School.
