Daniel Kovacs

Daniel Kovacs possesses extensive experience in strategic purchasing and commodity management within the automotive industry, with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Commodity Manager PP&C Europe at OPmobility since August 2016, Daniel oversees a team responsible for managing a supplier panel, handling an annual spend exceeding 200 million euros. Previous roles include Program Purchasing Manager for Slovakia and Poland, where Daniel managed multiple development programs for major OEMs, and Supply Project Manager for the AUDI C-BEV flagship program. Prior experience includes positions at Faurecia, Magna International, APV - Technische Produkte GmbH, CabTec Group, and Daikin Europe NV, showcasing a solid background in procurement, supplier management, and program development. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Business from John Von Neumann University.
