Julien Lamare

Julien Lamare is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager for OPmobility in the US and Canada, managing compensation and benefits for a population of 3,500 across 15 sites since February 2020. Previously, Julien held various HR roles including Human Resources Manager for the H2-Power Business Group, where a new organization was built from 11 to 45 employees in six months, and HR Generalist overseeing 400 employees at the C-Power Business Group. Additional experience includes HRIS roles covering multiple countries, and earlier positions in HR and customer service at several organizations. Julien holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and International Mobility from IAE Paris-Est and has qualifications in International Management from Corvinus University of Budapest and IAE Paris-Est.
