Lukáš Dorňák

Lukáš Dorňák has extensive experience in the automotive industry, specifically in the field of lighting systems. Lukáš began their career in 2011 at Varroc Lighting Systems as a Product Engineer, where they contributed to the development of lighting products. In 2017, they joined Ford Motor Company as a Varroc Resident Engineer, providing on-site support and communication during product launches. In 2018, they returned to Varroc Lighting Systems as a Senior Product Engineer, responsible for coordinating design activities and acting as a technical interface with customers. Lukáš later transitioned to the role of Project Technical Lead, managing project teams and leading the development of lamp projects on a system level. Their expertise includes mechanical, optical, and electrical engineering, and they have a strong focus on fulfilling customer requirements and reporting results. In 2022, they joined Plastic Omnium as a Project Technical Lead, continuing their work in developing lamp projects on a system level and coordinating design activities across multiple engineering disciplines.

Lukáš Dorňák attended Tomas Bata University in Zlín from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering and Plastics.
