Paul Lachaize

Paul Lachaize is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for France and Germany at OPmobility since April 2018, where responsibilities include all HR processes from recruitment to payroll, training, and employee development. Previously, Paul held the position of HR Development Manager for Europe at Korn Ferry for a brief period in 2017 and worked with Bayer Business Services from June 2011 to April 2016 in various HR roles, including HR Specialist in Global Talent Management and a Talent Development Expert. Earlier career experiences include HR positions at United Technologies Corporation and Airbus, focusing on HR coordination, legal aspects of HR, and program implementation. Paul holds a Master's degree in International Business from TBS Education, complemented by studies at the University of Leeds.
