Tushar Gaikwad

Tushar Gaikwad has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tushar started their career as a Senior Quality Engineer at DENSO, where they supervised and managed quality processes. Tushar also played a crucial role in standardizing processes for ISO/TS (IATF) -16949 Certification. Tushar then worked as a Senior Quality Engineer (Supplier) at Santres Engineering Services Pvt ltd., where they ensured quality standards and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Tushar also gained research experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Energy Efficient and Autonomous Vehicles Lab, where they developed artificial intelligence strategies for velocity prediction. Tushar also completed the National Science Foundation's Innovation Corps (I-Corps™) program as an Entrepreneur Lead. Currently, Tushar is a Project Lead at Plastic Omnium, where they ensure customer requirements are met and monitors project quality status. Tushar is skilled in project management, data analysis, and problem-solving.

Tushar Gaikwad obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2009-2013. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University from 2017-2019. Tushar also attended Nutan Marathi Vidyalay for their high school education. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Six Sigma: Green Belt from LinkedIn in 2020.
