Darvin Williams

Darvin Williams JD, MBA, MPH, currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Opa-locka, overseeing all municipal departments. In addition, Darvin holds the position of President at Wellspring Community Resources, Inc., which focuses on addressing health and social disparities in underserved communities. As CEO of Med Optimization, Darvin consults on revenue cycle management and coordinated care plans for healthcare facilities. Previous roles include Assistant City Manager in Opa-locka, Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the Miami VA Health Care System, and CEO of Worldwide Medical Partners. Darvin's educational background includes a Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Public Health from The George Washington University, an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Campbell University.
