Niema Gantt

Niema Gantt, MPA, CGFO, serves as the Financial Director for the City of Opa-locka since July 2022 and is the Chief Executive Officer of both Amein Boutique and Amein Consulting LLC, established in September 2021 and July 2020, respectively. Amein Boutique specializes in online women's clothing and accessories, while Amein Consulting offers finance management services for public and private sector entities. Previously, Niema held various finance-related positions including Finance Manager at Circular Congregational Church, Tax Preparer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., Owner of Ny's Ultimate Occasions, Town Administrator for the Town of Hollywood, SC, Finance Director for the City of Hardeeville, SC, and Town Clerk/Treasurer for the Town of Hollywood. Niema holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Southern Wesleyan University.
