James Haley

James Haley is a seasoned professional in educational leadership and business development, currently serving as a Business Development Associate at Opaa! Food Management since August 2020. Prior to this role, James was the Superintendent at Wood River Rural Schools from July 2014 to August 2020. James holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where studies took place from 1996 to 1998, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Drury University.
