Kitchen Operations

The Kitchen Operations team at Opaa! Food Management Inc. is responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to K-12 school districts. This includes meal planning and ensuring compliance with dietary guidelines, coordinated by the registered dietitian and managed by multiple kitchen managers. Line cooks and cooks execute daily kitchen tasks to deliver healthy, community-specific child nutrition programs.
