Ben Lancken is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as Chief Improvement Officer at Opal Healthcare since January 2019, Ben has held multiple leadership roles including Director of Customer Experience, Business Improvement & Assurance, and Head of Transformation. Additionally, Ben contributes to the Australian Government Department of Health and Aged Care as a Committee Member on the Aged Care Quality Sector Reference Group, providing insights on quality reforms in aged care.
