Lance Larsen is currently the Head of Solutions Engineering at Opal. Keith McCartney is an advisor at Opal. Stephen Cobbe is currently the CEO at Opal. Prior to this, they were a software engineer at [Dropbox](/org/dropbox) from August 2015 to September 2019. Stephen also interned as an R&D analyst at [Accenture](/org/accenture) from June 2014 to August 2014, as well as a software intern at Alibaba Cloud Computing Company from June 2013 to August 2013. Stephen's very first internship was at Hewlett-Packard from June 2012 to August 2012.

Stephen Cobbe studied computer science at [Stanford University](/org/stanford) and [Phillips Exeter Academy](/org/phillips-exeter-academy). Stephen specialized in machine learning, and their research focused on developing new ways to improve the efficiency of machine learning algorithms.

Thibault Jaigu is currently the Head of EMEA at Opal. Prior to this, they worked as Sr. Enterprise Sales for France and Southern Europe at Amplitude from March 2017 to January 2022. Before that, they were a Business Development Consultant at Oracle from June 2016 to April 2017. Thibault also worked as Corporate Finance at Clairfield International from January 2016 to June 2016, where they were mainly working in advisory services with a large focus on mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Thibault started their professional career as a Marketing/Sales Assistant at Microsoft BeLux during their student days in July 2014 and September 2014. Thibault also worked as Accounting Assistant at Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry during the summer months of July 2011 and July 2012.

Eugene Ling attended the University of California, Berkeley where they received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management. Eugene is certified by PADI as an Open Water Diver and by Springboard in Digital Marketing. Eugene is also certified by [Reforge](/org/reforge) in Growth Series: Retention & Engagement Deep Dive and by Amazon Web Services as an AWS Certified Developer - Associate.
