Ray Ward

Ray Ward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and policy analysis, primarily in the field of education. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Creative Director at Opalite Media since January 2018, Ray has previously held roles such as Researcher in Organizational Behavior at Boston College and Research and Policy Analyst at the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Notably, Ray also worked as a Research Fellow at the Center for Collaborative Education and as a Policy Analyst at APPRISE. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and American Studies from Wesleyan University. Ray is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Behavior Studies at the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
