Trevor Simm is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing solutions and business management. As the Founder and President of OpalStaff since 2002, Trevor oversees business strategy and growth for a veteran-owned company specializing in technical, engineering, and scientific staffing. Additionally, Trevor founded Talos Mission Solutions in 2019, providing security-cleared personnel for government contracts. Prior to these ventures, Trevor served as a Technical Recruiter at Orbital ATK, a Manager of Accounts at Tech USA, and a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, achieving significant sales growth and contributing to personnel recruitment across various technical fields. Trevor's career began in the US Marine Corps, where military service further developed leadership skills and operational expertise. Trevor holds a degree from Towson University.
