Ian Paul

Ian Paul has extensive experience in the event production industry. Ian began their career in 2011 as a Production Manager at Team Market Group, where they oversaw all aspects of event production. In 2013, Ian started working as a Freelance Lighting Designer, providing lighting design and technical support for various events. In 2018, they transitioned to become a Project Manager at OPAV, managing projects and ensuring their successful execution. Ian then took on the role of Technical Director at OPAV in 2020, where they were responsible for overseeing technical aspects, such as lighting, audio engineering, and LED wall technology. Currently, Ian holds the position of Vice President of Production at OPAV. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to create visually stunning and immersive event environments while maintaining high standards of quality.

Ian Paul has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Recording Arts Technology/Technician from Full Sail University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Music Theory and Composition from Rider University during the period of 2002 to 2003. Ian also completed their high school education at Lower Moreland High School from 1998 to 2002. Additionally, they hold a certification in Agency Certification from Hopin, which was obtained in October 2021.
