Isabelle Le Terrier has extensive experience in project management and collection coordination within the realm of professional training and apprenticeship funding. Currently serving as Responsable projet at OPCO 2i since January 2020, Isabelle is responsible for organizing national collections, managing the development of collection tools, and ensuring effective communication and training for users. Prior to this role, Isabelle held the position of Responsable Collectes at OPCAIM from September 2009 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing collection campaigns and conducting technical project management. Earlier career roles included Coordinatrice générale de la collecte taxe d'apprentissage at FNCMB and PEMEP, focusing on comprehensive management of apprenticeship tax collections, legislative compliance, and software development. Isabelle began their career in administration at the Chambre de Commerce et d'Industrie de Rouen, providing support for qualification contracts and financial aid applications. Isabelle holds a degree as an assistant de direction from IFOCOP.

Il agit au service de 29 branches professionnelles industrielles (80 000 entreprises, 3 millions de salariés) avec pour missions de financer leurs contrats d’apprentissage et de professionnalisation, de les aider à construire les certifications professionnelles et d’accompagner en proximité les TPE-PME pour définir leurs besoins en formation (réseau de 12 Directions régionales).
