Marie H. is a seasoned professional in user and customer experience research with a robust background spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently serving as a Senior User Researcher at Insights since January 2023, Marie has previously held significant positions including Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod, Senior CX Researcher at Vodafone, and Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland. Earlier experiences include roles as a Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership and a Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre, along with project management at the Prague International Advertising Festival. Marie H. holds an MSc in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
