Flavia Palacios has over 18 years of work experience in various roles within the financial industry. Flavia is currently the CEO of Opea since April 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of ABSia - Associação Brasileira das Securitizadoras Imobiliárias e do Agronegócio since June 2019. Flavia spent a significant portion of their career at RB Capital, where they held multiple positions including Managing Director and Managing Partner from January 2009 to April 2021. Flavia also served as Structuring Head from January 2007 to December 2009, Analyst from January 2005 to December 2006, and intern from August 2003 to December 2004.
Flavia Palacios attended Ibmec from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in Economics. In 2019, they also studied at The Wharton School, completing the International Housing Finance Program.
