Vinicius Pádua

Vinicius Pádua has a diverse work experience in the legal and financial services industry. Vinicius started their career as a Law Clerk and Lawyer at Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associados a Mayer Brown in 2014 and worked there until 2017. Afterwards, they joined Travelers Brasil as a Lawyer from 2017 to 2018. Vinicius then returned to Tauil & Chequer Advogados Associados a Mayer Brown in 2018 as a Lawyer and stayed until 2019. In 2019, they became the Head of the Legal Department at Opea until 2021, where they were responsible for managing the legal aspects of the company. Subsequently, they transitioned to the position of Head of Structured Finance at Opea, where they oversaw the structuring of securitization products such as Real Estate Receivables Certificates, Agribusiness Receivables Certificates, and Debentures. Currently, they hold the role of Head of Financial Services at Opea.

Vinicius Pádua completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in the period 2012 to 2016. Later, from 2018 to 2019, they pursued further education in Corporate Law, obtaining a LLC degree from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
