Matheus Melo

Matheus Melo is a seasoned back-end leader currently overseeing a team of six developers at Opeaz, where responsibilities include managing project demands, reviewing pull requests, and enhancing team problem-solving capabilities since October 2021. Prior to this role, Matheus served as a back-end developer at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia da Paraiba since August 2017. Additional experience includes IT analyst positions at Universidade Federal de Campina Grande and Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Piauí, as well as a system developer role. Matheus holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from UFPB and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal da Paraíba, complemented by a Bachelor in Software Engineering from Universidade da Coruña through an exchange program.
