Deborah Douglas

Deborah Douglas currently holds the position of Director at Northwestern University Medill School for the Midwest Solutions Journalism Hub. Prior to this, Deborah was the Co-Editor in Chief at Boston University for The Emancipator, and before that, Deborah was a Senior Leader, Journalist at The OpEd Project. Deborah has also taught at DePauw University and Northwestern University, focusing on multimedia journalism. With a background as an Editorial Board Member/Columnist at the Chicago Sun-Times and various leadership roles in different companies, Deborah brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
