Shaun Fletcher, PhD, serves as an Assistant Professor of Public Relations and Sport Communication at San Jose State University since August 2018, where involvement includes the CSU Student Success Analytics Certification Team focused on designing effective student success interventions. As the Principal Consultant and Owner of SHAUNJFLETCHER Diversity Training since May 2018, Shaun Fletcher specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion professional development training. Additional roles include being a Public Voices Fellow with The OpEd Project and previously serving as Chair of Diversity and Inclusion for PRSA Silicon Valley. Shaun Fletcher's extensive experience also encompasses program management and internal communications at Apple, Inc. and Volkswagen Group of America, along with adjunct teaching positions at multiple universities. Educational qualifications include a BS in Public Relations from San Jose State University, an MA in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Central Florida, and a PhD in Intercultural Communication from Howard University.
