Joy Sebastian supervises Open Access BPO’s operations to ensure the highest levels of service delivery, customer relationship management, and employee engagement.
Prior to joining Open Access BPO in 2017, Joy worked with major call center companies including Transcom, EE, Convergys, and eTelecare. With nearly two decades of customer service experience, Joy is set on ramping up campaigns and improving customer experience, though managing client relationships and delivering strong financial performance.
Joy graduated with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
